Sichuan Huili Zinc & Plumbum Co.’s 100,000-tpy zinc smelting project is expected to enter production in August 2017, lsxinwen.com reports.

SHANGHAI, May 27 (SMM) – Sichuan Huili Zinc & Plumbum Co.’s 100,000-tpy zinc smelting project is expected to enter production in August 2017, lsxinwen.com reports.

The project is being constructed for now, with total investment of 1.62 billion yuan. It will use 214,800 tonnes of zinc concentrate per year, with 105,300 tonnes of zinc equivalent. It will also produce 53,600 tonnes of sulfur by-product per year.
