SHANGHAI, May 26 (SMM) – SHFE 1609 nickel started at RMB 67,080/mt overnight and once grew to RMB 67,820/mt. The contract later sank to RMB 66,830/mt before closing at RMB 66,860/mt.
SHFE 1609 nickel opened at RMB 66,950/mt on Thursday and then ranged RMB 66,900-67,300/mt. In the afternoon business, SHFE nickel moved between RMB 67,000-67,200/mt before ending at RMB 67,240/mt. Trading volumes were up 34,956 to 669,000 lots and positions were up 14,438 to 668,578.
