SHFE 1609 nickel started at RMB 67,720/mt overnight and once fell to RMB 66,430/mt before closing at RMB 67,180/mt.

SHANGHAI, May 24 (SMM) – SHFE 1609 nickel started at RMB 67,720/mt overnight and once fell to RMB 66,430/mt before closing at RMB 67,180/mt.

SHFE 1609 nickel opened at RMB 66,960/mt on Tuesday and then ranged RMB 66,850-67,300/mt, before ending at RMB 67,020/mt, off 0.24%. Trading volumes were down 274,000 to 554,000 lots and positions were up 9,516 to 653,000.
