SHANGHAI, May 23 (SMM) – SHFE 1607 lead contract started at RMB 12,840mt for night trading last Friday and moved lower to RMB 12,670/mt before closing at RMB 12,690/mt, down RMB 65/mt or 0.51%.
SHFE 1607 lead opened at RMB 12,695/mt on Monday and moved higher to RMB 12,830/mt before diving to RMB 12,700/mt answering to LME lead. The contract ended at RMB 12,690/mt, off RMB 65/mt or 0.51%. Trading volumes were up 1,230 to 10,808 lots and positions dropped 2,254 to 14,644.
SHFE 1607 lead may test support at RMB 12,650/mt tonight.
