Nickel ore inventories grew at seven major Chinese ports last week, Shanghai Metals Market reported.

SHANGHAI, May 23 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories grew at seven major Chinese ports last week, Shanghai Metals Market reported.

“Concentrated arrivals of new ships at ports contribute to higher port inventories,” SMM nickel analyst says, sending inventories up 190,000 tonnes.

This week, the Port of Lianyungang will continue seeing large arrivals of new goods, SMM adds.
