On Tuesday’s night trading, SHFE 1607 aluminum climbed to RMB 11,975/mt after opening at RMB 11,875/mt, and finally ended at RMB 11,935/mt.

SHANGHAI, May 11 (SMM) – On Tuesday’s night trading, SHFE 1607 aluminum climbed to RMB 11,975/mt after opening at RMB 11,875/mt, and finally ended at RMB 11,935/mt.

On Wednesday, SHFE 1607 aluminum jumped to RMB 12,130/mt after opening at RMB 11,945/mt. Finally, the most active contract ended up RMB 215/mt at RMB 12,120/mt. Trading volumes were down 50,798 lots to 189,674 lots, and positions were up 3,296 to 252,526. SHFE 1607 aluminum broke through RMB 12,000/mt as long buying boosted market confidence.
