SHFE Zinc to Face Downward Pressure (2016-5-6)

SHANGHAI, May 6 (SMM) – US non-farm employment data due for release today may not weaken. The US dollar index may thus rise further. LME zinc is expected to move between USD 1,840-1,870/mt today. SHFE 1607 zinc should fall to RMB 14,700-15,000/mt today, and spot #0 zinc prices will trade RMB 30/mt below SHFE 1607 zinc.
