SHFE Lead to Move Lower (2016-5-6)

SHFE 1606 lead will move lower to RMB 12,850-13,000/mt on May 6.

SHANGHAI, May 6 (SMM) –SHFE 1606 lead will move lower to RMB 12,850-13,000/mt on May 6.

Attention is turning to US non-farm payrolls, which should be below prior level. LME lead will move in a narrow range of USD 1,720-1,740/mt during Asian trading hours Friday. Downstream purchase stays sluggish and trading is quiet. Spot lead should trade at RMB 12,950-13,100/mt today.
