SHANGHAI, Apr. 8 (SMM) – A graphene industrial base will be built in Harbin City, Heilongjiang, according to www.cbea.com.
Beijing Zhongbo Xinyuan Science & Technology Co., a company mastering world-level core technology in new energy and new material field, will jointly invest 18.61 billion yuan ($2.88 billion) in construction of graphene industrial base in Harbin, with 8 widely-known grapheme new materials R&D firms. The industrial base is expected to post over 50 billion yuan output value till 2020.
The nine signed projects include national information security grapheme battery cooperation project and new energy electric vehicle motive battery assembly project worth 10 billion yuan, military and civilian integration of graphene battery cooperation project worth 2 billion yuan, cold resistant electric passenger car and special vehicle R&D production base project worth 1.05 billion yuan etc.
