SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined further Monday, 4th April, 2016 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 9.70 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 12.44 and $ 15.19 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 6.22 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 13.85 per Oz to reach $ 697.77 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed slightly on the lower side at $12.31 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.35 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 9.18 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 11.76 and $ 14.37 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 5.88 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 13.85 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed a fall of $ 0.30 per Oz.
