SHFE 1605 aluminum mainly hovered around RMB 11,500/mt overnight.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 23 (SMM) – SHFE 1605 aluminum mainly hovered around RMB 11,500/mt overnight.

SHFE 1605 aluminum opened at RMB 11,495/mt on Wednesday and then grew to RMB 11,545/mt with longs gathering strength. The contract fluctuated around RMB 11,515/mt and closed at RMB 11,500/mt, a fall of RMB 15/mt. Trading volumes increased 72 to 95,008 while positions reduced 13,968 to 210,446. Positions for SHFE 1607 and 1608 aluminum were up 3,994.
