SHANGHAI, Mar. 14 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories at six major Chinese ports continued falling last week, according to survey by Shanghai Metals Market.

Last week, the Port of Lianyungang saw arrivals of shipments growing, while the Port of Jingtang port registered a 100,000-tonne drop in ore inventories, combining to result in a slight drop in total inventories at China’s main ports.

Nickel ore inventories at the six ports were 8.42 million tonnes last week, down 20,000 tonnes on a weekly basis, according to SMM data.
