SHFE Aluminum to Fluctuate at Lows (2016-3-14)

SHFE 1605 aluminum has met resistance at the 5-day and 10-day moving averages, and should move at lows of RMB 11,300-11,400/mt on Monday.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 14 (SMM) –SHFE 1605 aluminum has met resistance at the 5-day and 10-day moving averages, and should move at lows of RMB 11,300-11,400/mt on Monday.  

LME aluminum is expected to move at USD 1,550-1,574/mt, testing support at the 20-day moving average. 

In China’s spot aluminum market, spot discounts of RMB 0-10/mt and premiums of RMB 0-30/mt are expected over SHFE front-month aluminum contract.
