SHFE Zinc to Remain Range-Bound (2016-3-10)

China’s CPI and PPI slated for release today are expected to improve.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 10 (SMM) – China’s CPI and PPI slated for release today are expected to improve. European Central Bank is also expected to ramp up quantitative easing at its policy meeting tonight. LME zinc is expected to consolidate between USD 1,775-1,815/mt today. SHFE 1605 zinc will hover between RMB 14,050-14,300/mt today.

Spot #0 zinc prices will trade RMB 140-100/mt below SHFE 1605 zinc contract prices.
