Shanghai Zinc to Consolidate Narrowly (2016-2-5)

The US dollar index fell further, bolstering base metals.

SHANGHAI, Feb. 5 (SMM) – The US dollar index fell further, bolstering base metals. LME zinc is expected to fluctuate between USD 1,715-1,745/mt today. SHFE 1604 zinc will consolidate at RMB 13,750-14,000/mt today.

Spot #0 zinc prices will trade RMB 200-100/mt below SHFE 1603 zinc contract prices.
