Baosteel Group Raises February Ex-Works Prices for Main Steel Products

Baosteel Group announced Thursday to raise its main steel products for February delivery.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 7 (SMM) - Baosteel Group announced Thursday to raise its main steel products for February delivery.

Prices will be up 60 yuan per tonne for electro-galvanized products and galvanized Zn-Al products, up 100 yuan per tonne for hot-rolled pickled products, up 120 yuan for common cold-rolled products and hot-galvanized products. Prices will be also lifted by 150 yuan per tonne for hot-rolled, and 200 yuan per tonne for electrical steel. Prices will be unchanged for coated products and galvanized Zn-Al color-coated products.

For March delivery, the company will also raise prices for most steel products.
