Spot copper discounts in China should narrow to RMB 50-100/mt against SHFE 1602 copper on the first trading day in 2016.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 4 (SMM) – Spot copper discounts in China should narrow to RMB 50-100/mt against SHFE 1602 copper on the first trading day in 2016 and ahead of upcoming delivery date.

LME copper will hover between USD 4,670-4,740/mt during Asian trading hours on Monday and SHFE copper will range RMB 36,300-36,700/mt.
