SHFE Zinc to Remain Bullish (2015-12-28)

The LME market remains closed today.

SHANGHAI, Dec. 28 (SMM) – The LME market remains closed today. SHFE 1603 zinc contracts became the most actively traded contracts, and will rise to RMB 13,050-13,250/mt today.

In China’s spot markets, zinc smelters will sell actively at higher prices. Inflows of imported zinc slowed at the year’s end, but goods releases by some traders are expected. Spot discounts will be RMB 150-50/mt against SHFE 1602 zinc contract prices.
