SHANGHAI, Dec. 23 (SMM) –SHFE 1601 tin opened at RMB 96,030/mt on Wednesday. The most active contract moved in tight ranges in the morning, but fell to RMB 94,536//mt in the afternoon, as longs exited, and ended down RMB 2,470/mt or 2.56% at RMB 94,200/mt. Trading volumes were up 2,144 lots to 19,194 lots, and positions were down 380 to 4,082.
