DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Dec. 14 (SMM) - Galvanized plate prices in Tianjin rose last week as some steel plants shut down and held prices firm, SMM reports.
“Transportation networks in North China were disrupted due to the haze weather. When combined with falling prices for hot-rolled products, fierce market competitions and losses, some steel mills were forced to suspend production,”said an SMM zinc analyst.
Tianjin’s galvanizing prices stabilized. The galvanized plate and coil market was sluggish last week as a whole.
