SHFE Aluminum to Outperform LME Aluminum (2015-12-7)

Aluminum output cuts in China will allow SHFE aluminum to outperform LME aluminum to Monday, with prices for SHFE 1602 aluminum expected at RMB 10,300-10,450/mt.

SHANGHAI, Dec. 7 (SMM) – Aluminum output cuts in China will allow SHFE aluminum to outperform LME aluminum to Monday, with prices for SHFE 1602 aluminum expected at RMB 10,300-10,450/mt.

LME aluminum will move between USD 1,490-1,520/mt.

In China’s spot market, spot discounts are expected at RMB 130-80/mt over SHFE front-month contract.
