SHANGHAI, Nov. 30 (SMM) – SHFE 1601 nickel opened at RMB 68,760/mt last Friday night and fell back responding to LME nickel, to close at RMB 68,420/mt.
SHFE 1601 nickel opened Monday trading session at RMB 68,450/mt and moved around the 5-day moving average. The contract faced pressure from firm dollar but later losses eased thanks to high-efficiency output cut at Macrolink Group, to end down 0.39% at RMB 69,100/mt. Trading volumes reduced 349,000 to 1.29 million lots and positions fell 17,552 to 323,000.
