A total of 30.2 million kvah of outdated lead-acid battery capacity was squeezed out of market in China during 2014, SMM understood.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 27 (SMM) – A total of 30.2 million kvah of outdated lead-acid battery capacity was squeezed out of market in China during 2014, SMM understood.

Of the capacity eliminated, Jiangsu claimed most at 7.27 million kvah, following by 6.85 million kvah in Shandong, 5.26 million kvah in Fujian, 4.45 million kvah in Jiangxi, 3.2 million kvah in Sichuan, 1.66 million kvah in Zhejiang, 590,000 kvah in Guangdong, 400,000 kvah in Anhui, 340,000 kvah in Hebei, 127,000 kvah in Chongqing and 50,000 kvah in Hunan.
