LME Zinc to Remain Flat (2015-11-26)

Investors will remain cautious as US markets are closed today due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 26 (SMM) – Investors will remain cautious as US markets are closed today due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday. LME zinc prices are expected to move between USD 1,560-1,590/mt today. SHFE 1602 zinc contract prices will hover between RMB 12,700-12,900/mt.

In China’s spot markets, zinc smelters will sell normally. Shipments arriving from Guangdong to Shanghai will weigh down spot premiums in Shanghai. Spot #0 zinc prices will trade RMB 160-250/mt above SHFE 1601 zinc contract prices.
