The U.S. Mint says it will continue producing 2015-dated American Eagle silver bullion coins through the week of Dec. 7.

(Kitco News) -The U.S. Mint says it will continue producing 2015-dated American Eagle silver bullion coins through the week of Dec. 7.

Officials also say they anticipate making the last American Eagle silver bullion coin allocation of the year on Dec. 14.

“The final allocation is expected to be standard size so please plan accordingly,” the Mint says in a memo to authorized purchasers.

Meanwhile, the Mint says it begin taking orders for the 2016 American Eagle silver bullion coins on Jan. 11.
