East China Aluminum Prices Down on Panic Selling (Nov. 20, 2015)

Falling SHFE aluminum triggered panic selloffs in east China spot aluminum market.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 20 (SMM) –Falling SHFE aluminum triggered panic selloffs in east China spot aluminum market. Downstream demand picked up slightly before the weekend. Prices were mainly between RMB 9,750-9,770/mt in Shanghai on Friday, discount of RMB 130-110/mt over SHFE 1512 aluminum, versus RMB 9,740-9,760/mt in Wuxi and RMB 9,760-9,770/mt in Hangzhou.
