The Public Procurement Service (PPS), South Korea’s state stockpiling agency issued a tender to buy 4,000 tonnes of primary aluminum for delivery in February next year, it said on its website.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 16 (SMM) – The Public Procurement Service (PPS), South Korea’s state stockpiling agency issued a tender to buy 4,000 tonnes of primary aluminum for delivery in February next year, it said on its website.
