SHFE Lead Closes Flat with Wednesday (Nov. 12, 2015)

SHFE 1601 lead started at RMB 12,650/mt for night trading Wednesday and touched a low of RMB 12,450/mt.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 12 (SMM) – SHFE 1601 lead started at RMB 12,650/mt for night trading Wednesday and touched a low of RMB 12,450/mt. However, the contract rallied, tracing LME lead, and ended at RMB 12,625/mt, down by RMB 50/mt or 0.39%. Trading volumes reduced 376 to 3,368 lots whilst positions grew 390 to 11,074.

SHFE 1601 lead opened Thursday trading session at RMB 12,675/mt and once advanced to RMB 12,750/mt, helped by exit of shorts. Then the contract fell back before closing at RMB 12,675/mt. Trading volumes were up 5,276 to 9,020 lots and positions increased 942 to 11,626.
