South Africa remained China’s top manganese ore supplier in September, followed by Australia.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 26 (SMM) –South Africa remained China’s top manganese ore supplier in September, followed by Australia.

China imported 569,715 tonnes of manganese ore from South Africa in September, and imported 377,807 tonnes from Australia, customs data showed.

China’s manganese ore imports totaled 1.34 million tonnes in September, down from 1.46 million tonnes in August.
