Inner Mongolia’s rare earth export volumes surged January- September, but export value dropped sharply, www.cre.net reported.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 26 (SMM) – Inner Mongolia’s rare earth export volumes surged January- September, but export value dropped sharply, www.cre.net reported. 

Export volume was up 41.7% year-on-year to 4,110.3 tonnes during the first nine months of the year, 17.4% of China’s total exports, the media reported. But export value fell 7.7% year-on-year to 120 million yuan ($18.9 million).
