In October, production from Huludao Zinc Industry and Chihong Zn & Ge flows into market after maintenance. Besides, Haicheng Chengxin Nonferrous Metal and Jiyuan Wanyang Smelting Group return to normal production. Both factors will grow primary lead production.
The average operating rate at Chinese primary lead smelters edges down to 61.81% in September.
