Camel Group to Buy 52% Stakes in Kunming Wanjia for 20.3 Mln yuan

Camel Group’s Hubei Camel Financial Leasing Co. proposed to buy 52% stakes in Kunming Wanjia New Energy Vehicle Service Co. for 20.3 million yuan, stock.eastmoney.com reported.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 13 (SMM) – Camel Group’s Hubei Camel Financial Leasing Co. proposed to buy 52% stakes in Kunming Wanjia New Energy Vehicle Service Co. for 20.3 million yuan ($ 3.2 million), stock.eastmoney.com reported.

Camel Financial Leasing Co. will spend 1.01 million yuan in buying Kunming Wanjia’s shares worth 7 million yuan and meanwhile plans to invest 1.01 million yuan to Kunming Wanjia.
