India Muthoot Group plans to recycle 80 kilo gram of Gold by March 2016

India's Muthoot Pappachen Group has planed to recycle 80 kilo gram of Gold by March 2016 and 200 kilo gram by March 2017.

NEW DELHI (Scrap Register):  India's Muthoot Pappachen Group has planed to recycle 80 kilo gram of  Gold by March 2016 and 200 kilo gram by March 2017.

With the government  notifying the gold monetisation scheme last week, Muthoot Group has set itself a  target of processing gold.

The company, which opened its first Gold Point  in Mumbai today, has already recycled 45 kg gold at its three centres -  Coimbatore, Chennai and Delhi.

The 128-year-old company runs gold  recycling business under Muthoot Gold Point, an arm of its flagship Muthoot  Fincorp.
