SHFE 1511 aluminum briefly dipped to RMB 11,930/mt after opening at RMB 11,975/mt on Friday.
SHANGHAI, Sept. 18 (SMM) – SHFE 1511 aluminum briefly dipped to RMB 11,930/mt after opening at RMB 11,975/mt on Friday. Finally, the contract ended up RMB 50/mt or 0.42% at RMB 12,005/mt. Trading volumes of SHFE 1511 aluminum were up 4,016 lots to 23,438 lots, and positions were down 1,950 lots to 111,000 lots. Trading volumes of SHFE 1512 aluminum were up 4,546 lots to 16,044 lots, and positions were up 1,192 to 113,000. So, SHFE 1512 aluminum has become the most active contract.
