How will Manganese Ore Prices at Chinese Ports Move Next Week?

SMM Insight 05:38:31PM Sep 11, 2015 Source:SMM

SHANGHAI, Sept. 11 (SMM) – Manganese ore trading at Chinese ports was poor this past week, and SMM sees no positive note for prices next week.

Many steel mills cut SiMn alloy bid prices for September delivery. This, plus growing port inventories (up 30,000 tonnes to 2.71 million tonnes as of Sept. 11), will put a drag on ore prices.
