Guangxi Beihai Chengde to Cut Output in September

Beihai Chengde Stainless Steel Co. announced to cut production to reduce inventories in September.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 10 (SMM) – Beihai Chengde Stainless Steel Co. announced to cut production to reduce inventories in September.  

Output of steel-making is likely to fall 40,000-50,000 tonnes in September due to the reduction. The cuts include 20,000 tonnes of #304 hot-rolled, and 20,000-30,000 tonnes of #201 hot-rolled products.
