SHANGHAI, Aug. 28 (SMM) – Public Procurement Service (PPS) announced Aug. 27 on its website to extend the deadline of purchasing 200 tonnes of nickel to Sept. 1.

South Korea’s state stockpiling agency originally set the deadline date at 14:00 on Aug 26 (local time), but decided to prolong the date due to no bidders.

The grade of nickel will be higher than 99.8%, for October shipment, and LME’s deliverable brands only.
