SHANGHAI, Aug. 27 (SMM) – SMM #1 nickel prices were between RMB 73,500-74,500/mt. Discounts of Jinchuan nickel against the most actively traded contracts on the Wuxi electronic trading were RMB 600/mt in the morning. Jinchuan held back goods, growing premiums of Jinchuan nickel. Discounts of Russian nickel remained unchanged at RMB 200/mt against the most actively traded contracts on the Wuxi electronic trading. Downstream buyers and traders both purchased modestly, with traded prices between RMB 73,800-74,600/mt. Premiums of Jinchuan nickel remained unchanged in the afternoon, with traders selling actively whilst buying modestly. Downstream buyers bought to orders, with traded prices between RMB 73,800-74,700/mt.
