SHFE Tin Closes with Sharp Losses (Aug. 25, 2015)

SHANGHAI, Aug. 25 (SMM) – More selloffs were reported in commodity market after Chinese A-share market plummeted below 3,000 mark. SHFE 1509 tin opened at RMB 100,650/mt on Tuesday. The metal rose to RMB 101,580/mt after China’s A-share market staged a brief rally. However, SHFE 1509 tin fell back in the afternoon, ending down RMB 1,220/mt at RMB 100,760/mt. Trading volumes were down 576 lots to 782 lots, and positions were down 68 lots to 1,196 lots. SHFE 1509 tin will look for support at RMB 95,000/mt if it loses support at RMB 100,000/mt.
