NFC Suffers Huge Loss in Rare Earth Business in H1 2015

China Non-ferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co. (NFC) suffered over 35 million yuan ($5.5 million) loss in its rare earth business during H1, www.ruidow.com reported.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 25 (SMM) – China Non-ferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction Co. (NFC) suffered over 35 million yuan ($5.5 million) loss in its rare earth business during H1, www.ruidow.com reported.

Rare earth companies under NFC mainly engage in rare earth oxide smelting, which could easily take the brunt of poor demand amid slowing global economy.
