SHANGHAI, Aug. 24 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories at the six major Chinese ports fell to 10.69 million tonnes last week, down by 280,000 tonnes on a weekly basis, SMM data show.

Limited arrivals of new shipment and pick-ups in large volumes are the region behind the drop in port inventories, SMM explains.

Two ships of nickel ore are scheduled to arrival at these ports this week, according to SMM.
