Nickel Ore Inventories at China Major Ports Grow 110,000 tonnes, with Tianjin up Most

Nickel ore inventories at the six major Chinese ports increased to 10.97 million tonnes last week, up 110,000 tonnes, Shanghai Metals Market data show.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 17 (SMM) – Nickel ore inventories at the six major Chinese ports increased to 10.97 million tonnes last week, up 110,000 tonnes, Shanghai Metals Market data show. 

A total of five ships carrying nickel ore arrived at the six ports, with the Port of Tianjin reporting the biggest increase, SMM says. 

Five new ships are scheduled to arrive this week, according to SMM.
