[Zn] Die-Cast Zinc Alloy Prices Extended Losses by 180 Yuan

The average prices for Zamark #3 and Zamark #5 fell 180 yuan to 16,200-16,400 yuan per tonne and 16,500-16,700 yuan per tonne, respectively, with falling zinc prices, SMM data show.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 13 (SMM) - The average prices for Zamark #3 and Zamark #5 fell 180 yuan to 16,200-16,400 yuan per tonne and 16,500-16,700 yuan per tonne, respectively, with falling zinc prices, SMM data show.

Continuously falling prices left die-cast zinc alloy producers unwilling to replenish stocks, reducing zinc demand.

Orders at large producers decreased slightly, while SMEs saw no improvement in production.
