SHANGHAI, Jul. 6 (SMM) – Baotou, Inner Mongolia, will receive nearly 1 billion yuan ($161 million) from the Ministry of Finance in coming three years, cnmn.com reported. 
 
The fund is aimed at developing the city into China’s largest demonstration base of rare earth new materials and end user application technology, the media added.
