On Thursday night, SHFE 1509 tin contract opened at RMB 110,310/mt and hit a session high of RMB 111,140/mt.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 3 (SMM) – On Thursday night, SHFE 1509 tin contract opened at RMB 110,310/mt and hit a session high of RMB 111,140/mt. The contract followed LME tin down, but then rebounded to end the night session up RMB 1,490/mt or 1.36% at RMB 110,800/mt.

On Friday, SHFE 1509 tin contract hovered around RMB 110,440/mt due intense game between longs and shorts. The contract hovered ended the day RMB 300/mt or 0.27% higher at RMB 110,000/mt. Trading volumes were down 250 lots to 2,348 lots, and positions were up 90 lots to 2,900 lots. SHFE 1509 tin contract might test resistance at RMB 111,500/mt tonight.
