DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Jul. 2 (SMM) – LME nickel prices opened at USD 12,025/mt, and dipped to RMB 11,965/mt due to worse-than-expected official and HSBC’s PMI for China in June and Greek default. During European and US trading session, LME nickel price declines were arrested, with the high-end of the price range of USD 12,050/mt, and the low-end of USD 11,985/mt, and closed at USD 11,990/mt, down 0.21%. Trading volumes decreased 5,543 lots to 6,145 lots, and total positions declined 1,512 to 220,000. LME nickel inventories were up 672 mt to 457,110 mt.
