[Pb Battery] China Discarded Scrap Automotive Batteries to Reach 120,000 tonnes in Five Years

SHANGHAI, Jun. 17 (SMM) – China’s abandoned scrap automotive batteries will reach 120,000-170,000 tonnes in 2020, China Automotive Technology and Research Center foresees.

Those discarded batteries will do great harm to environment. Thus, how to treat them in an environment-friendly way is a question.

Some exports suggested that those batteries can be used in energy store, power supply station, lights or low-speed electric vehicles.
