Scrap Gold, Silver and Platinum prices declined on June 8, 2015

The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Monday, 8th June, 2015 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and silver prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked declined Monday, 8th June, 2015 on the ScrapMonster Price Index. Platinum scrap prices too slumped.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices were down by $ 1.42 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap inched lower by $ 1.82 and $ 2.23 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also went lower by $ 0.91 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap saw cut of $ 5.83 per Oz to reach $ 796.20 per Oz. Silver scrap prices too closed slightly on the lower side at $13.22 per Oz, edging lower by $ 0.07 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices edged lower by $ 1.35 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap were down $ 1.72 and $ 2.10 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap also was down $ 0.86 per Oz. Platinum scrap prices fell by $ 5.83 per Oz. Meantime, Non-hallmarked silver scrap prices witnessed a fall of $ 0.07 per Oz.
