SHANGHAI, Jun. 4 (SMM) – Tin production from Myanmar is expected to drop in coming months due to the arrival of monsoon season, industry group ITRI said.
Tin exports from the country will also fall with the expected decline in production, the group said.
The group expected the country to produce 35,000 tonnes of tin in 2015, up 16% from 2014’s.
