SHANGHAI, Jun. 2 (SMM) – The long-term outlook for nickel price is promising, Simon Bao, Deputy Marketing General Manager of Jinchuan Group, was quoted as saying.
“Nickel price will rise to $18,000 per tonne for the long term,” Bao said at the Shanghai Derivatives Market Forum, saying current nickel price is underestimated.
The nickel market will see supply shortages in coming years, Bao added.
